Drive group and catering revenue as Sales Manager at Victoria Marriott Inner Harbour in downtown Victoria, using account development and client engagement.
Managed by Atlific Hotels, this Sales Manager develops Corporate Group, Provincial Government, Indigenous, Union, and Business Travel accounts. The position supports hotel revenue objectives through market penetration, relationship building, and strategic sales activity. Marriott experience is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and grow new and existing hotel accounts
- Increase occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and total revenue
- Conduct sales calls, client entertainment, and networking
- Maintain pipelines and achieve revenue targets
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and profitable terms
- Three to five years of progressive hotel sales experience
- Strong group sales, prospecting, and account management knowledge
- Proven success achieving and exceeding revenue goals
- Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Microsoft Office and Marriott sales systems proficiency
