Drive premium skincare sales as a Brand Ambassador in Victoria, BC, using product demonstrations and consultative selling. Work Thursday through Sunday, five to ten hours weekly.
Brand Momentum seeks results-driven Brand Ambassadors for major drugstores across Canada. You will represent a premium skincare brand through expert product knowledge, personalized consultations, and confident recommendations. The work focuses on conversion, basket size, loyal client recruitment, and elevated in-store experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage customers and convert store traffic into purchases
- Demonstrate products, sample textures, and conduct mini consultations
- Recommend complete skincare routines based on customer needs
- Build rapport encouraging repeat purchases and brand loyalty
- Report sales insights, feedback, and competitive observations
- Experience in skincare, cosmetics, or beauty retail sales
- Six months to one year of Beauty Brand Ambassador experience
- Strong selling, persuasion, closing, and upselling skills
- Personal vehicle and weekend availability required
- Esthetician certification is an asset, not required
