Own client results as a Senior Account Manager at AOT Technologies in flexible hybrid Victoria, BC, using contracts and commercial judgment.
You will lead a portfolio of client accounts as a senior relationship contact. The work combines account management, client services, budgets, forecasts, renewals, and delivery alignment. You will also identify growth opportunities in AI and emerging technology while partnering with Sales and project leads.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as senior client contact and escalation point
- Manage contracts, renewals, scope, and change management
- Track budgets, forecasts, invoicing, and payments with Finance
- Identify account growth opportunities with Sales
- Report account health, risks, and opportunities to leadership
- 10+ years in account, client services, or engagement management
- Experience managing budgets and growing existing accounts
- Confidence with contracts, statements of work, and SLAs
- Technical fluency discussing software delivery and AI
- Composure, business acumen, and resourcefulness under pressure
