Drive event sales and catering coordination in Victoria, BC, using Tripleseat and client service skills across the complete event cycle.
Reporting to the Manager, Food and Beverage, the Sales and Catering Coordinator manages inquiries, proposals, contracts, and post-event follow-up. This full-time position requires sales experience, operational collaboration, accurate records, and strong computer literacy. The coordinator supports catering and banquet functions while maintaining service and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Solicit new business through cold calling and networking
- Respond to catering inquiries from potential and existing clients
- Develop customized proposals, menus, and contracts
- Create and manage Banquet Event Orders accurately
- Supervise event setup, execution, teardown, and inspections
- Minimum two years’ sales and catering experience
- Tripleseat experience required;
Squirrel experience is an asset - Serving it Right certification is mandatory
- Strong MS Office and computer literacy skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming License
