Build customer trust through vehicle presentations, test drives, and organized follow up as a full time Product Advisor in Victoria.
Campus Nissan Victoria is hiring a personable, tech savvy Product Advisor for its sales team. You will support customers throughout the entire purchase journey. The work combines relationship building, Nissan product knowledge, financing discussions, and delivery coordination.
Key Responsibilities:- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles
- Present Nissan vehicles and lead test drives
- Explain pricing and financing options
- Structure deals in collaboration with management
- Keep customer relationships accurate in CRM tools
- Customer focused approach to building trust
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organization and consistent follow up
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous sales experience is an asset, not required
