Take on the role of Mobile Team Supervisor focusing on overnight operations in Greater Victoria. Enhance alarm response and oversee team effectiveness while ensuring service standards during evening shifts.

Join our team as a Mobile Team Supervisor for the overnight shift, where you will lead Mobile Patrol and ensure effective coordination with static guards. Your responsibilities will include incident escalation, training new team members, and maintaining safety and professionalism. Collaboration with various security operations will be crucial for optimal outcomes during your shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Mobile Patrol Drivers and static guards effectively

• Provide guidance and support during emergencies

• Manage alarm response coordination and prioritization

• Perform compliance checks and service quality assessments

• Foster communication among mobile teams and SOC

Requirements:

• Experience in Mobile Patrol or security supervision preferred

• Comprehensive knowledge of alarm response procedures

• Strong leadership and customer service skills

• Valid BC Security Worker Licence and Class 5 Driver’s Licence

• Familiarity with scheduling systems like Track Tik is beneficial
