Position: Full Time Security Guard

Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce property standards and regulations diligently

• Respond to emergencies, providing First Aid and CPR

• Patrol property thoroughly, both on foot and while observing

• Prepare and maintain detailed incident reports

• Deal with unauthorized individuals safely and courteously

Requirements:

• Valid BC Security license and OFA 2 certification

• Minimum one year of security experience required

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong command of the English language

• Ability to handle stressful, dynamic situations effectively
