Tactical Mobile Security Officer

Protect the Greater Victoria region as a Tactical Mobile Security Officer with Paladin Security. Earn up to $27/hr, working 12-hour shifts while preventing crime and ensuring safety.

As a key member of Paladin Security's Tactical Mobile team, you will engage in active patrols, emergency response, and reporting of incidents to uphold security. Your experience in security, combined with strong customer service skills, is essential for success in this role. Shifts will begin and end at our base site in Victoria, promoting a cohesive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular foot patrols and surveillance of client facilities

• Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations

• Report incidents to the Security Command Centre efficiently

• Work collaboratively with first responders during incidents

• Prepare detailed reports on security incidents

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in the security industry

• Valid BC Security License and Class 5 Driver's License

• Advanced Security Training (AST) preferred

• Occupational First Aid Level 2 certification is an asset

• Strong computer skills in MS Office
