Position: Mobile Team Supervisor for Commissionaires

Lead Mobile Patrol teams as a Mobile Team Supervisor at Commissionaires, Canada's premier security company. Deliver high standards of alarm response coordination and field support during evening and overnight shifts.

In this supervisory role, you will oversee Mobile Patrol and static site operations, ensuring consistent service and professional response delivery. Responsibilities include coordinating alarm responses, supporting guards in emergencies, and conducting field visits for service quality reviews. You will play a critical role in client service continuity while fostering teamwork and communication across the Mobile Operations and Security Operations Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership to Mobile Patrol Drivers and static guards

• Assist with alarm response coordination and incident escalation

• Conduct field visits and compliance checks regularly

• Mentor and train new Mobile Patrol Drivers

• Promote safe work practices and policy adherence

Requirements:

• Experience in Mobile Patrol or security supervision

• Strong understanding of after-hours security operations

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Valid BC Security Worker Licence (support provided)

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence with a good record
