Securiguard is searching for a diligent Security Professional who will monitor ferry operations and engage with travelers. This role includes performing security checks, assisting the public, and maintaining effective communication during shifts. You will be responsible for identifying and mitigating potential safety hazards, making a significant impact on overall safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Secure ferry terminals and onboard vessels effectively

• Provide guidance and support to travelers

• Conduct routine security checks and inspections

• Utilize radios and communication tools promptly

• Report hazards and elevate security concerns immediately

Requirements:

• BC Security License and Advanced Security Training required

• Intermediate OFA certification (OFA
2) necessary

• Proven customer service and communication skills

• Willingness to work 8-hour shifts independently

• Ability to manage responsibilities in different weather conditions
