The CRHC is seeking a full-time Tenant and Community Services Coordinator to nurture tenant relationships and coordinate community support. In this key position, you will address tenant concerns, facilitate programs, and develop partnerships to improve the quality of life for residents. Successful candidates will possess strong interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of housing policies, and the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enhance tenant relations and support successful tenancies
• Coordinate with community agencies for tenant referrals
• Address tenant eviction risks and behavioral issues
• Facilitate dispute resolutions between tenants
• Promote workshops on tenant rights and safety
Requirements:
• Degree in a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of social housing policies
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Valid BC Driver's License and clean record check
