Casual Support Worker

As a Casual Support Worker, you will report directly to the Manager, Residential Programs. Your responsibilities include conducting rounds and documentation, fostering positive interactions, and managing client needs through action plans. This position requires effective communication and the ability to maintain safety in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct rounds and bed checks regularly

• Maintain cleanliness of office and house

• Support residents with their needs and action plans

• Engage with community partners and agencies

• Document incidents and maintain duty logbooks

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years certificate in relevant field

• Experience with mental health or addictions

• Proficiency in verbal and written English

• Criminal Record Check required

• Emergency First Aid certification is an asset
