As a Child Youth Worker, you play a vital role in the lives of young individuals by delivering direct care and support. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct support to youth in staffed homes
• Collaborate on individualized care plan development

• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
• Comply with organizational policies and protocols
Requirements:
• Experience in mental health or substance abuse services
• Background in social services or public health
• Grade 12 education or equivalent
• Eligibility for post-secondary addiction counselling certification
• Flexibility to work varying hours as needed
