Reporting to the Director of Employment Services, you will partner with clients referred through WorkSafeBC and Canada Life.

Your role involves conducting assessments, developing job search strategies, and providing tailored job search coaching. You will also facilitate connections with employers, ensuring clients regain confidence and secure meaningful employment aligned with their skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct intake interviews and assess client goals

• Develop comprehensive vocational rehabilitation plans

• Facilitate employer connections for job placements

• Monitor progress and provide continuous coaching

• Collaborate with stakeholders for successful outcomes

Requirements:

• 2+ years in job placement or vocational rehabilitation

• Strong understanding of labor market trends

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field

• Ability to travel within the service region
