Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as immediate support for youth overnight

• Aid youth in crisis response and resolution

• Guide youth in achieving personal goals

• Collaborate with a team around holistic strategies

• Facilitate essential youth programming and community integration

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Child & Youth Care or Social Work

• 1-2 years' experience supporting vulnerable youth

• ASIST and NVCI certification is beneficial

• Emergency First Aid and Food Safe certificates required

• Criminal Record Check clearance
