ACEH seeks an Indigenous Registered Social Worker to provide critical case management services in Victoria, BC. You will complete assessments, design individualized care plans, and facilitate advocacy for families involved in child welfare services. Your focus will be on providing culturally safe and community-based support that leads to long-lasting healing and stability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments for families

• Implement and review culturally grounded service plans

• Coordinate interdisciplinary case planning efforts

• Advocate for Indigenous families in legal situations

• Maintain comprehensive case documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Social Work required;
Master’s preferred

• Current registration with the BC College of Social Workers

• Three years of experience with Indigenous populations

• Familiarity with child welfare legislation

• Valid First Aid certification and clear Criminal Record Check
