Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support for individual care plans and personal needs
• Help clients with daily living activities and household chores
• Facilitate inclusion in social and recreational activities
• Monitor and document clients' well-being and progress
• Collaborate with the team to ensure effective service delivery
Requirements:
• CSW Diploma or equivalent education
• Current Class 5 Driver’s License
• Basic First Aid and CPR C certification
• Valid TB Test required
• MANDT Certification or willingness to acquire
