Corrections Support Worker - Part Time

In this part-time role, you'll engage with residents at the Community Residential Facility, ensuring adherence to rules and managing daily activities. Your experience will directly contribute to creating a safe and nurturing environment enabling individuals to regain their independence. Regular communication with case managers and local police ensures a coordinated approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce regulations and support resident compliance

• Conduct regular rounds as per policy requirements

• Record client interactions and maintenance needs

• Complete light janitorial tasks when necessary

• Provide transportation as directed by management

Requirements:

• High School Diploma and related educational background

• Six months experience in corrections or related fields

• Essential First Aid and crisis intervention training

• Effective communication and typing skills

• Ability to work under stress and adapt to needs
