As a Case Worker, you’ll engage with a variety of stakeholders to assess client needs, administer case management practices, and provide essential referrals within the social services framework. Your contributions will help shape innovative programming designed to uplift clients and families in need.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess client situations and develop specialized support plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of client progress
• Coordinate with community partners for enhanced program delivery
• Provide administrative assistance during program activities
• Facilitate training sessions and offer volunteer support
Requirements:
• Two years of relevant experience in a social services context
• Diploma in Social Services or similar field required
• Certifications in First Aid/CPR and crisis intervention valued
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work with diverse populations compassionately
