Position: Community-Focused Case Worker Role
Serve as a Case Worker at The Salvation Army, addressing social adjustment challenges for individuals in need. Employ case management skills to provide valuable support in the community.

In this position, you will engage with various community partners, developing strategies and case plans tailored to clients’ needs. By conducting assessments and home visits, you'll facilitate access to essential services while supporting program enhancement initiatives.
