Senior Software Engineer, Rust, Core Engineering

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Rust, Core Engineering, who will participate in the development of fundamental components of the Assetara platform, create reliable Rust services, and strengthen the architectural foundation of the product with a focus on security, performance, and scalability. This role is suitable for an engineer who can think at the platform level and perceives code not simply as the implementation of functionality, but as the foundation of a reliable, secure, and scalable system. Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Practical experience in developing and scaling shared systems or other complex infrastructure solutions.
• Deep expertise in Rust and confident work with network services, asynchronous code, or system backend development in Rust.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and the principles of building reliable platform architecture.
• Security-first mindset and attention to issues of sustainability, fault tolerance, and secure engineering practices.
• Ability to independently investigate and resolve technical issues at different levels of the stack.
• Experience effectively collaborating with product and engineering teams when working on complex technical tasks.
• Willingness to take full responsibility for architectural and engineering decisions from design to implementation.
