Position: Fleet Support Position in BC

In this role on the Operations Support team, you will assist in maintaining fleet vehicles, including e-bikes and e-scooters. Your focus will be on inspecting equipment to ensure safety and functionality while providing friendly support to Members. Collaborate on special projects that enhance the performance of fleet operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with relocating and servicing fleet vehicles

• Maintain and inspect shared e-bikes and e-scooters

• Perform battery swaps and monitor charging stations

• Deliver customer assistance and troubleshoot equipment

• Help manage warehouse inventory and fleet preparation

Requirements:

• Valid Class 5 driver's license with clean driving history

• Experience with vehicle inspections and large vans

• Strong detail orientation and organizational abilities

• Ability to lift items over 70 lbs

• Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written
