Position Overview
Provide courteous and efficient pick‑up and delivery of packages on an assigned route; check all shipments for conformance to Federal Express Canada features of service; provide related customer service functions.

- Provide related customer service functions
- High school diploma or educational equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment
- Mandatory pre‑placement driver assessment training required
- Good interpersonal, communication, time‑management, and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask, handle stress, and work in a highly pressured environment
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, holidays, and varying shifts based on business needs
- Ability to operate in a PC Windows environment and complete recurring training and maintain accreditations where applicable
- For Quebec residents, bilingual (French and English) required
- One year customer‑oriented business experience preferred
- Some knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations considered an asset
- Valid driver’s license class 5, G, or 1[AZ] and a driving record with two or fewer violations and/or accidents in the 24 months prior to the application
- Strong performance during application interviews and driver competency assessments
