This position is designated for current Fed Ex employees  a Package Handler Trainer, you will mentor fellow employees on efficient loading, unloading, and palletizing practices. A background in Fed Ex operations and customs regulations is beneficial, alongside interpersonal skills and a commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train staff on loading and unloading procedures

• Teach scanning techniques for freight efficiency

• Ensure safe movement of freight within facilities

• Maintain accreditation through ongoing training

• Assess trainees' performance and compliance

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent preferred

• Six months of experience as a Package Handler preferred

• Valid G license with a clean driving record required

• Ability to lift 70 lbs and handle packages up to 150 lbs

• Bilingual (French and English) for Quebec candidates
