GFL Environmental invites applications for the role of Tandem Roll Off Driver, where you are integral to maintaining the 'Green For Life' ethos. In this role, you'll efficiently operate a tandem-axle truck, responsible for collecting and transporting waste from various sectors. Excellent communication and adherence to safety protocols are key in delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate a tandem roll-off truck with safety
• Complete daily safety inspections and reports
• Offer professional waste removal services to clients
• Transit solid waste and recyclables to disposal sites
• Work under minimal supervision while following instructions
Requirements:
• Hold a valid Commercial Class 3 Driver’s License with appropriate endorsements
• Previous experience with roll-off trucks preferred
• Flexible with early start times
• Relevant experience in waste or construction environments is an asset
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
