Reporting to the Operational Leader, you will assist delivery drivers by maintaining high safety standards and ensuring deliveries are completed efficiently.
Your role will involve heavy lifting, operating deliver equipment, and fostering positive customer interactions. This position is crucial in achieving operational excellence at Kenroc.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain consistency in safety and operational compliance
• Learn the principles of load securement and delivery
• Engage in repetitive heavy lifting and carrying
• Operate equipment safely in delivery processes
• Complete detailed safety documentation efficiently
Requirements:
• GED and minimum one year of experience in heavy lifting
• Class 5 driver’s license is advantageous
• Knowledge of fall restraint and customer service training preferred
• Ability to lift up to 110 lbs
• Communicate effectively within a collaborative team
