Deliver Fed Ex packages courteously and efficiently on an assigned route while providing customer service and checking shipments for service compliance.
This interview position supports Federal Express Canada package pickup and delivery. You will verify shipments against features of service and provide related customer service functions. The work requires driving, package handling, communication, organization, and schedule flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide courteous package pickup and delivery on assigned routes
- Check shipments against Federal Express Canada service requirements
- Provide related customer service functions during route activities
- Maneuver packages using appropriate equipment when required
- High school diploma or educational equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Ability to lift 70 pounds and maneuver 150-pound packages
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility for different schedules and holidays based on business needs
