As a Delivery Driver, you will load, transport, and deliver fruits and vegetables to clients or businesses. You will follow Federal and Provincial laws, protect product conditions, complete paperwork, and work with considerable independence. The schedule starts at 5:00 am, varies in length, and includes weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive safely according to Federal and Provincial laws
Complete daily pre-trip inspections and report truck deficiencies
Load, transport, and deliver fresh produce safely
Monitor temperature and product conditions during deliveries
Collect payments and issue receipts or credit notes
Requirements:
Valid Class 5 driver qualification
Clean driving abstract
Physical ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds
Valid Canadian work authorization
Current residence in Victoria, British Columbia
Use Class 5 driving, produce handling, and customer service skills to complete safe deliveries from Victoria, BC.
