This Delivery Driver position supports Save-On-Foods locations in Victoria and its innovative fulfillment team. You will operate a fully equipped van, travel throughout the day and evening, and coordinate with online shopping and customer service teams. The work includes resolving returns, refunds, and other service recovery situations.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate delivery vehicles safely under road rules
- Travel throughout Victoria to complete grocery deliveries
- Coordinate with online shopping and customer service teams
- Handle customer service recovery involving returns and refunds
- Complete other assigned duties
- Full Class 5 British Columbia driver’s licence
- Clean driving record
- Serving It Right certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong work ethic and get-it-done attitude
- Ability to lift forty pounds and perform physical duties
