Coordinate airport ramp operations in Victoria using strong organization and communication skills. Support airline partners through safe, reliable ground service coverage.
Executive Aviation seeks a Ramp Coordinator for its Victoria Below the Wing team. This position provides around-the-clock leadership and coverage while addressing challenges for Leads. You will work with Above the Wing, GSE, airline partners, and the airport authority to create operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:- Organize ramp setup, manpower assignments, and shift briefings
- Support safe baggage and ground equipment movement
- Coordinate airline, airport, and Executive Aviation communications
- Oversee deice logs during winter operations
- Support Lead training, load planning, and incident management
- Minimum two years of aviation ground handling experience
- Minimum one year of management experience
- Strong organizational and written communication skills
- Valid RAIC or security clearance for airside access
- On-call availability, weekend, and early morning flexibility
