Position: Swamper Role Supporting Recycling Efforts
Join Emterra Group in Victoria as a Swamper, assisting with curbside recycling collections and playing an essential role in waste management. This position involves lifting heavy materials and supporting drivers.

As a Loader for Emterra, you will be an integral part of the Victoria recycling operations. Supporting curbside recycling collection, you'll help drivers with their routes, ensure bins are tagged, and manage materials effectively. A strong focus on safety and teamwork is critical for this role's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in collecting recyclable materials curbside

• Perform heavy lifting as required (up to 55 lbs)

• Keep accurate records of tagged bins

• Operate compaction controls on trucks

• Travel with drivers to and from processing depots

Requirements:

• Strong commitment to safety in daily activities

• Reliable attendance and a good work ethic

• Competence in operating equipment safely

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Previous experience in recycling or waste management preferred
