Join Groupe Touchette in Victoria as a Full-Time Order Picker. This role focuses on organizing tires and using forklift equipment efficiently while ensuring safety and order in the warehouse.
Groupe Touchette, Canada’s leading tire distributor, is seeking an Order Picker for a temporary, full-time contract. This Monday to Friday role, from 8am to 4:30pm, involves vital tasks like loading delivery trucks and managing tire storage. You’ll efficiently operate lifting equipment and help maintain inventory accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Load and unload delivery trucks safely
• Supervise incoming tire inspections and receipts
• Organize optimal tire storage in the warehouse
• Scan products into inventory using an RF scanner
• Ensure safety and order in storage areas
Requirements:
• Valid class 2 forklift operator competency card
• Previous experience as a forklift operator
• Ability to handle 50-70 lbs daily loads
• Safety boots required
• Reliability and collaboration in safety matters
