Overnight Order Pickers use computer systems and lift equipment to prepare customer orders accurately for pickup or delivery. Work Monday to Sunday nights from 10PM to 6:30AM.
At The Home Depot, this role supports online business growth and customer relationships by obtaining products from detailed order lists. You will prioritize, pick, organize, stage, verify, label, and hold orders for timely pickup or delivery. Training is provided for appropriate lift truck equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Pick and organize products for customer orders
- Stage and verify orders for pickup or delivery
- Label orders and place them in holding areas
- Use terminals and phones to locate products
- Load completed orders onto delivery trucks
- Availability for overnight shifts, Monday through Sunday
- Computer skills using desktops and smartphone applications
- Time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift fifty pounds repetitively
