Material handlers with shipping and receiving skills can build warehouse expertise in Victoria, working Monday to Friday for 40 hours weekly.
EB Horsman & Son seeks a Material Handler for its Victoria branch. This full-time position supports shipping, receiving, inventory management, and customer service. You will operate warehouse equipment, use software, and maintain accurate, organized stock areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate pick tickets and assemble orders
- Pack, weigh, label, and ship materials
- Unload, inspect, and verify incoming stock
- Conduct cycle counts and rotate FIFO inventory
- Support sales staff and customers with stock inquiries
- Computer literacy and ability to learn software
- Basic mathematical skills for simple mental calculations
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to stand or move six-plus hours daily
- High school completion; warehouse experience is an asset
