The Adult Education Department is recruiting for one full time Career Navigator. This position is responsible for coordinating instruction and support services to meet the needs of adult basic education students from enrollment through successful employment. This position will primarily focus on underserved populations including but not limited to, basic skills deficient, limited English proficiency, high‑risk college students, incarcerated, and underemployed workers.
Career Navigators will work primarily with assisting students in their efforts to achieve academic goals, but also will be a part of a team effort to ensure compliance and target accomplishments are met for the program.
