• Plan and deliver high‑quality lessons in Computer Science aligned with international curriculum standards
• Create practical, project‑based learning experiences that encourage coding, experimentation, and problem‑solving
• Assess student progress through varied methods and provide constructive feedback to support growth
• Integrate technology and modern teaching tools to enhance digital literacy and learning outcomes
• Contribute to extracurricular computing activities, clubs, and projects such as coding challenges, robotics, or digital design
• Collaborate with colleagues to support cross‑curricular initiatives and whole‑school development, embedding technology across subjects

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)

• At least 4 years teaching experience
• Demonstrates expertise in programming languages, algorithms, data structures, and emerging technologies such as AI, cybersecurity, and cloud computing
• Skilled at designing engaging, project‑based lessons that foster creativity, critical thinking, and problem‑solving
• Experienced in integrating modern digital tools, coding platforms, and collaborative technologies into the classroom
• Committed to nurturing students’ curiosity and confidence in exploring the digital world
• Enthusiastic about contributing to extracurricular activities such as coding clubs, robotics, or digital innovation projects
• Collaborative team player who supports cross‑curricular initiatives and whole‑school development
• Adaptability and enthusiasm for island life and community engagement
