Travel Physical Therapist – Outpatient Rehab | Victoria, TX (13-Week Contract)

Setting: Outpatient rehab only

Floating: Minimal, between two facilities

Scheduling:

No 48-hour option

Time Off: Max of 8 days RTO allowed

We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Travel Physical Therapist (PT) to join a dynamic outpatient rehab team in Victoria, Texas. This role is ideal for PTs who enjoy working in a structured weekday schedule with no hospital duties or weekend requirements.

Certifications: BLS required

Licensure: Active TX PT license required

Experience/Knowledge Areas: Ortho, Neuro, and Chronic Pain rehabilitation

Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and chronic pain conditions in an outpatient setting

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function

Collaborate with rehab team members and referring physicians for comprehensive care

Provide patient education on exercises, injury prevention, and ongoing therapy needs

Document patient progress in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
