Job Overview
Vascular Echocardiology Technician at Talented Medical Solutions
Shift: Days – MON‑FRI 8:30‑5:00
Call
Schedule:
Call every 3rd weekend and rotational call during the week
No floating, no 48‑hour option, no block scheduling
Maximum RTO: 3 days
Duration: 13 weeks – Start: ASAP
Patient Ratio: 1 to 1
Scrub Color: Any color except hunter green
EMR: MEDHOST and CARESTREAM
ResponsibilitiesPerform echocardiograms, venous/arterial dopplers, and trans‑thoracic contrast echocardiograms.
Requirements- Vascular Registered (Highly Preferred) or graduate of an approved program of echocardiography and vascular technology/sonography, non‑invasive cardiovascular technology.
- Registry preferred in echocardiography and vascular technology/sonography by ARDMS or CCI.
- BLS certification.
- Advanced knowledge and skill in the performance of trans‑thoracic contrast echocardiograms.
- Experience placing intravenous lines and administration of IV medications is desirable.
- Experience in EKG interpretation and cardiac and vascular stress testing is preferred.
- 2 years’ experience in echo and vascular.
