Digital Media Account Executive

Overview

Phase 3 Digital, Victoria Television Group, is seeking a solution-oriented professional with a strong digital sales background to join our dynamic sales team.

We're a media company that actually gets digital. We help local businesses crush their goals with campaigns that work across web, social, streaming, and screens of all sizes.

Now we’re looking for a sharp, ambitious, digitally fluent sales rep to join the squad — someone who’s more about building brands than cold-calling with a script from 1997.

• You live on Instagram and You Tube but understand the backend of digital campaigns, too
• You get that Tik Tok is an ad platform now and love that for us
• You’ve got hustle, and you like helping people win
• You want a job where you’re out in the community, not stuck behind a desk all day
• You're ready to start a career, not just a job
• You’re not intimidated by KPIs, CRMs, or a room full of executives

• Help small to mid-sized businesses grow using digital ad strategies that include display, OTT/CTV, social media, programmatic, and more
• Meet with clients IRL and virtually pitch campaigns with real ROI
• Manage leads, track progress, and close deals
• Collaborate with our marketing, design, and tech teams to bring campaigns to life
• Become your client’s go-to person (because you actually know your stuff)

• A recent grad, former athlete, retail warrior, or side hustler looking for a legit career move
• A great communicator who doesn’t need to use jargon to sound smart
• Comfortable with metrics, media lingo, and asking for the sale
• Energized by growth, good vibes, and that first closed deal high
• A little competitive. (OK, a lot. That’s fine. We are too.)
