Operations

Production Technician – Part Time (32 hours per week)

• Perform all work in a manner that meets quality standards and safe job procedures.
• Follow standard operating procedures and complete tasks according to standard work.
• Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as bump cap, hearing protection, safety glasses and safety shoes.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Engage supervisor to resolve problems and issues as they occur.
• Meet daily production level goals.
• Complete all necessary documentation in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Adhere to Caterpillar’s core values of integrity, excellence, teamwork, commitment and sustainability.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule with required attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to safely perform work accurately and thoroughly.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods, performing repetitive work.
• Ability to produce quality work at a sustained pace.
• Demonstrates ability to work in a team environment and with diverse individuals.
• Demonstrates ability to follow directions and standard work.
• Basic manufacturing or related work experience is preferred.

1st Shift – Part Time

USD $15.95 per hour (pay may vary).

Victoria, TX

This is a part‑time position with an average of 32 hours per week (maximum). Scheduled hours are pre‑approved and will fall between Monday‑Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM. Schedule changes may be required with advance notice.
