Full-Time Wound Care Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant — Victoria, TX – W2A rapidly expanding mobile wound care organization is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide advanced wound care services to patients in homes and care facilities throughout Victoria, Texas and surrounding areas. This is a full-time W2 position offering competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and specialized training.
This position focuses on delivering high-quality wound care across diverse settings—including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, adult care homes, and private residences. Providers utilize advanced technologies such as biologic patches and Ultra
MIST therapy to deliver effective, painless treatment and improve patient outcomes.

Schedule:
Monday–Friday day shifts only. No nights, weekends, or on-call duties - Administrative Support:

MIST to drive superior patient outcomes
- Estimated Annual Earnings:
Up to $170,000, based on experience, hours worked, and services provided - Pay Structure:
Paid twice monthly, with additional productivity bonuses available - Training: 3-week paid onboarding (Mon–Fri, day shifts)

- Conduct assessments, reach informed diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Perform procedures including debridement, biologic patch application, and Ultra
MIST therapy - Document encounters using Advanced
MD EMR - Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and wound care specialists to ensure continuity of care
- Build trust and compassion in every patient interaction
- Active and unrestricted NP or PA license with board certification
- Willingness to travel within the designated service area
- Availability for Monday–Friday day shifts
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered wound care
- Willingness to travel out-of-state for initial training
