As an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), you will play a pivotal role in leading our nursing team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

• Provide leadership and direction to the nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement nursing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions
• Mentor and support new staff members, promoting professional development and growth
• Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the nursing department, ensuring efficient use of resources

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Texas
