Caring LVN - Home Health; PRN

Citizens Medical Center is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for Home Health on a PRN basis. The LVN will execute nursing care plans under the direction of an RN, provide high-quality patient care, and support the home health team in ensuring timely documentation and effective communication with patients and families.

Required:

Graduate of an approved Vocational Nursing program, active Texas LVN license, CPR, and a valid Driver’s License; 1 year of hospital experience is required with
