Join a compassionate homecare team as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Responsibilities Include
- Providing care for adult patients with conditions such as feeding tubes, tracheostomies, ventilators, and medication administration (training available).
- Working collaboratively to ensure outstanding clinical outcomes and delivering care from a place of empathy and compassion.
- Utilizing electronic documentation via patient home tablets.
- Supporting patients in their home environment, adhering to safety and care standards.
- Active, unencumbered RN license in the practice state; compact licenses transferred within 90 days if applicable.
- Current CPR certification with hands‑on component; TB skin test within last 12 months.
- Preferred but not required: six months of hands‑on nursing experience.
- Reliable transportation.
- Strong clinical skills, empathy, and excellent communication.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
- Ability to adapt and learn new skills, with opportunities for career growth and paid training.
