Join our team as a Selling Center Design Specialist (SCDS). We offer a comprehensive training program and an hourly + commission compensation plan. You will be responsible for Tuff Shed sales at a single Home Depot location and receive commission on sales made at this location.
Pay range$45,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr
What you will do as a Selling Center Design SpecialistTuff Shed’s partnership with Home Depot means you serve as the liaison between Home Depot, its customers, and Tuff Shed. You work on‑site, positioned at a single Home Depot store, and sell Tuff Shed buildings to Home Depot customers. You build relationships with Home Depot store leaders and associates to leverage Home Depot customers to generate leads and sales.
- Work on‑site at the assigned Home Depot store, including weekends, holidays, and some evenings.
- Manage the sales pipeline—generate, track, and report new customer leads.
- Drive sales growth and provide exceptional design consultation services to clients at your assigned Home Depot store.
- Leverage store employees and customer traffic to generate leads and sales.
- Plan, coordinate, and attend weekend events at your Home Depot store.
- Update customer interactions and next steps using our Customer Relationship Management tool.
- Build strong relationships with Home Depot store leaders and train their associates on our products.
- Maintain our display sheds for presentation and cleanliness.
- An hourly rate plus eligibility to receive earned commissions with expected earnings ranging between $45,000 – $60,000 in the first year.
- Hands‑on training program by local and regional leaders.

- Customer service experience is a big plus.

- Proven computer skills and the aptitude to learn new software such as customer relationship management systems.
