As our full-time Customer Service Representative
- Dispatcher
, you'll earn $20-$24 per hour depending on experience

You'll work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, serving as a key connection between our customers and plumbing team. You'll answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, dispatch technicians, respond to texts, emails, and online inquiries, follow up with potential customers who haven't booked yet, and help ensure every customer receives exceptional service. Your organization, attention to detail, and commitment to follow-through will help keep our operation running smoothly.

• Strong phone and communication skills
• Ability to stay calm and solution-focused when handling upset customers
• Dependable and able to work independently
• Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities
• Ability to keep detailed notes and maintain accurate records in Housecall Pro
• Strong follow-through and accountability
• Committed to making sure calls, texts, emails, and leads don't go unanswered
• Housecall Pro experience is preferred
• Home service industry experience is preferred
• Bilingual are preferred but not required
