Full-Time Salary + RVU Bonus Day Shifts MD or DO Strong Team Support

Position Overview:

In hospital Physicians is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join our Hospitalist team in Victor Valley, CA. This full-time position offers a competitive base salary with an RVU-based bonus, a supportive clinical environment, and an excellent work-life balance.

This is a daytime-only role with shared call responsibilities and no procedural requirements.

Position Details:
  • Schedule: 12-hour day shifts

  • Team Structure: 2 Hospitalist MDs per day + APP support

  • Patient Census: 35 patients/day (shared)

  • Open ICU: You ll manage patients in partnership with intensivists

  • No procedures required

  • Day physician runs rapid responses and codes (Anesthesia is available on-site)

  • Call: Every other day minimal responsibilities

  • Compensation: Salary + RVU-based performance bonus

Requirements:
  • MD or DO with Board Certification/Eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

  • California medical license or eligibility to obtain

  • Strong communication and collaborative clinical skills

  • Prior inpatient or hospitalist experience preferred

  • Physical Demands:

    This physician/APP role requires stamina in fast-paced healthcare: prolonged standing/walking (8-12 hrs/shift); rapid emergency movement (sprints, crowds); lifting/carrying 25-50 lbs equipment; pushing/pulling 100 lbs (beds/carts) with aid; frequent bending/stooping/kneeling for care; constant reaching/fine motor skills (suturing/IVs); occasional climbing/balancing; tolerating stressors (temps, noise, fluids, hazards) during irregular shifts/on-call/infection risks accommodations for disabilities; varies by setting (clinic/ER).
