Desert Valley Hospital in Victorville, CA is looking for an Otolaryngologist (ENT Doctor) to join our multi-specialty medical group and help build the practice.

Position Details
- Will be employed by Desert Valley Medical Group, a multi-specialty group affiliated with Desert Valley Hospital.
- Full-Time Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) Physician.
- Board-Certified in Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery (preferred)
- Preferred Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8AM to 5PM) NO weekends.
- Mostly Outpatient and occasional Inpatient Consults.
- This is a new specialty that we ll offer, and we are looking for someone to help the medical group build the practice and service line.
- Offers flexibility and autonomy on building the practice.
- Base Salary + Production Bonus (50% of collections)
- Salary ranges from $500K to $600K and is negotiable.
- Sign on bonus and Relocation allowance will also be given.
- Position in Victorville, CA around 45 minutes away from Ontario and Rancho Cucamonga, CA
