Pulmonary & Critical Care Physician

Overview

Desert Valley Hospital in Victorville, CA is looking for a Pulmonary and Critical Care Physician to join our multi‑specialty medical group.

• Will be employed by Desert Valley Medical Group, a multi‑specialty group affiliated with Desert Valley Hospital.
• Pulmonary and Critical Care.
• Mix of Inpatient and Outpatient - 50% Pulmonary and 50% Critical Care.
• Work Schedule:
  Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM with at least 1‑2 weekends a month.
• Academic Opportunity – opportunity to work with Internal Medicine Residency, US and Foreign Medical Students.
• 18 ICU beds / Open ICU.
• Average Daily Patient Volume:
  Inpatient 15‑20 patients;
  Outpatient 12‑15 patients.
• Starting with a base salary of $ (negotiable) with Productivity Bonus based on collections.
• Sign‑On Bonus and Relocation Reimbursement will be given.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is between $350,000.

The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
