Well established physician led practice that has been proudly serving the high desert in San Bernardino county for several decades is seeking a BE/BC ENT Physician to join its team.

• No call
• Monday - Friday, 8-5
• General ENT
• Surgeries at surgery center and hospital
• Great IT support with training in EMR
• Close to major cities (1.5 hour drive to most Beach Cities, 2.5 hour drive to Las Vegas)

• We have a weekly lunch conference to review patient care and any questions other physicians or NP's/PA's have regarding particular patients. This meeting is attended by our hospitalists, primary care panel, SNFist, specialists, nurses, and social workers as a comprehensive meeting.
• We also have an annual retreat for our physicians and NP's/PAs where we all take a weekend off and relax at a 5 star hotel so we can bond outside of the workplace. Destinations include Palm Springs, San Diego, Newport Beach, and Las Vegas. We have a half day educational seminar that includes goals for the group and what we've accomplished in the year.
• We can do an employed or a self employed model - whichever fits best for you and can discuss our payment structure.
• We run primary care offices and chronic disease management clinics including a coumadin clinic, CHF clinic, orthopedic clinic and diabetes clinic
